That softness in motherhood, is one of my favorite things to capture. I really wanted to capture the moments that happen at home when no one is around, and yet make it artful and heartfelt. I love these so much it reminds me of when mine were little, and even though you are tired, your body is healing and your new at it all….it seems like you were meant to be and like you have been holding them forever and a day.
There is something special about a new mom and her first baby. Not that I don’t love capturing siblings with the new addition, but the studio is quiet and calm and its just mom and baby and dad. The focus is solely on the little one that just changed their life in the best way possible. It allows for quiet moments like this.
